How have you all mounted your intercooler? Did you all just cut into the bumper support or did you mount it a different way?

 

It depends on what ic size you have.

It is pretty easy if you cut the center/bottom off your bumper support then see what you have to work with.

just shave your bumper or get a small one that will fit

 

I've put a JRC 8" on a crx, just hold it up where you want it, mark the bumper support, unbolt it, and break out the sawzall and get er done.

 

I don't want to cut my bumper for reasons.

you're going to have to cut the support most likely, its going to hang too low, and won't even fit inside your bumper. From that pic, center it, make sure the inlet/outlets are lined up so the piping wont be a bitch to make, then raise it up into the support as much as you need to to make your bumper fit over it

 

 

You are going to have to cut the support unless you have a small ic.
