where can you get polyurathane mount inserts? and is there a specific good brand????

check out group buys on honda-tech.com

Energy Suspension makes some pretty good/cheap ones..

energy suspension mount inserts are too soft for me... I would definately go with the prothane. I have had mine for over a year and no problems yet. Still hard as a rock.. No wheel hop in sight.

pepboys sells enregy suspension inserts, usually have them in stock for 92-00 civic and 94-01 teg
