Check timing, check firing order, check all 4 plugs are firing.

my car did the same thing when we were tunning it, my problem was it was gettin to much fuel

also try pulling off you brake booster line off the intake mainfold. If it is getting too much fuel, this will help bring in more air and will help smooth it out. Only if it is a running a little rich problem.

well dont know i tried new plugs firing orfer checked timing everything should be right on
