Ease up man. My friend Jared was just looking for some opinion's because he was disappointed. I mean the motor runs, but it has an gawdaful knock and the knock doesn't go away when RPMs are raised, just gets louder. The dude who he bought the car from and provided the spare motor SWORE it was good, and lied to our faces. The coolant is mixing with oil, knock from hell. Pretty much just frustated.

Not the most discriptive post ever, if you would have made sence I would have given you a serious answer. Now, the best thing to do is ditch the motor and get a new one. D series are cheap, thats why I like them. Learn from your mistakes. Next time you buy a motor from someone you don't know expect them to be lying. Smell the oil, pull spark plugs, pull the head off, pull the oil pan off. Its not 1950 anymore expect people you don't know to be lying their asses off. Don't feel to bad, everyone gets screwed. The important thing is, did you learn anything!

 

Get a new block, not worth the money to fix that one when you can get another for so cheap.

Oh yeah, and this is the Honda game. Get used to people lying to your faces about shit all the time. I had found like 5 or 6 straight people the entire time I was into modding cars. If you don't know how to tell if a part is bad, don't buy it.
