LS/Vtec help

Default LS/Vtec help

OK so right now i have a turbo b17 in my crx. the bottom end might be done and was wondering if using the head which is still good on an LS would work right. let me know what i need a short block or long block ls and what problems i might run into in doing this.

All you need is the short block and all ls vtec conversion parts. The main probelm would be on a stock bottom end the rod bolts stretch on any kinda power. Oil pumps on the a1 suck also.

start with the ls/vtec conversion kit....all you need is the shortblock....to do it right you would also need a vtec oil pump such as gsr or b16 or type r.. gonna need a vtec water pump preferbly a gsr which then you need the gsr timing belt....get arp rod studs to correct the bolt stretching problem machine shop can get those in there for you
