anywhere around the richmond area where i can take my car to be looked at?its runnin ok but its not hittin vtec very strong i dont know whats goin on wit it my setup is a b18b wit a gsr head and gsr trany any help would be appreciated

when i mean not hitting it hard i mean i can hear it hit pretty loud when i get to 4800 but its not hittin like it should doesnt even feel like it goes any faster when it engages

Check your tune. Vtec either hits or does not hit. So oil has nothing to do with how hard it pulls. Vtec engagement could be too soon, which will actually cause a drop in power and torque. Aslo check all the simple things like timing, and tune-up items.

I was wondering about the 4800 kick in. that is fairly low.

mine crossed over at 4500 and was fine, that all depends on the cams. what cams are you running?
