Question Ls Turbo??

Im Tryin To Get Serious With This Hole Import Thing Now Since Ive Come Across Some Money.......planning To Turbo My Ls Motor. Just Wanted To Know What Should I Do To Build Up The Motor First........what Specific Parts, About How Much Am Im Looking To Be Spending And Where Should I Get It Done At............just Looking For Help......thanx

doesnt greddy make a kit that comes with like everyting. like 2,600 or so. something like that.

Greddy kits are trash if your looking for big power, look into Drag kits, they are cheap as hell now and come with everything your need. Check on Honda-Tech.com, they have Drag kit specials for like $2100.

wow drag kits only go for 2100!!!!!!!!!!! damn thats crazy... but yeah you should definately get a drag kit if thats the case if not look for a used kit on honda-tech.com and slap that bitch on your LS... you dont really need to build the motor since it is already low compression. I have a type r motor w just a 3mm head gasget and nothin else and my shit runs great.... LS motor is perfect and cheap for turbo

drag manifolds are trash..greddy kits can be trash i guess.but i seen cars hit low 12's high 11's with them so they can be to bad

On that little 18g? I've seen similar numbers if not better on a drag kit as well though. Greddy's $2,600 kit doesn't come with FMIC or BOV and cost $500 more. And the new drag manifold don't crack like the 1st and 2nd gen ones did.
