LS mild build. NEED INPUT!
i have a 91 Integra LS and im wanting to take it past the basic bolt ons.
okay ive searched and have been reading all over hondaswap and here for the past 2 or 3 days and ive been finding basically the same thing..p30 pistons and crower 403 cams...but some say there is clearance issues and some say there isnt
im not too knowledgable with the whole building stuff. i know the basics i can take a motor apart and but it back together but when it comes to really "building" a motor for more power im unsure of what will work to best fit my needs. im looking to get the most power i can obviously, without going LS/VTEC and port and polishing the head FOR NOW! i know the LS head flows like shit and its a def benefit to get the most power out of it
my question to everyone that has done this mild build is, in todays most recent market (because the threads ive found are 4 and 5 years old) what are the best pistons, rods and cams to use?
what will i not have any real problems with as far as clearance and crazy idle and all that?
i know alot of ppl can read up on this and tell me the random shit that theyve read but im looking to find someone who has first hand experience with this build but any kind of input is welcome if its HELPFUL!
