Default Lowering a 97 Prelude SH

Just wanted to get some opinions on this before I decide what im going to do. I have 97 Prelude Type SH and Im looking to lower on Sprint springs that a fellow prelude owner spoke highly of. Anyone have any experience with lowering an SH before. Problems? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks

What's up man.. Pretty straight forward. I wouldn't use Srint tho. I have known them to sag very bad. But all in all 30min-hour to do it

Thanks for the sites man.

Dave what do you recommend for a lowering spring then? I found some Tein H techs for a decent price and Ive heard good things about them. Also would you being willing to help with the install once I decide on a set of springs? I will pay you of course for your time. Thanks.

Sure man, I'm down. I like H&R springs. You would probably want the sport springs, the race ones are pretty low. But I have them on mine, and I put the on Steve's (92ludesi) they are very nice. I haev Neuspeed sports on mine at first, but they started to sag after 8 months...
