My brother is having some issues with his Altima and I wanted to get some opinions. I have my thoughts on what is causing it, just wanted to see what others think before I go through with the labor.

The car is a 95 with around 150k on it.

The car quit running on him the other day so I went to take a look at it. It has a very hard start to it (if it wants to start at all). Once I got the car up and running it ran decent until it warmed up, then the car would push the spark plug wires out of the head. Then the car would overheat if I let it run for any amount of time.

Also, when you are trying to start the car the coolant will bubble in the overflow.

It also blew the seconday 02 sensor out the other day it quit running on him but that has been taken care of.

Any ideas?

Compression test being done sometime tommorow or the following day, that will help confirm what I suspect.

I just haven't had time to fuck with it.

Whoa, 150 is kinda high huh?

 

What is the "wet" compression for it... And it doesn't sound high..........
