Default JRSC'd DC2 idleing at 3k ?? Anyone got any ideas

SO it a 95 GSR with a JRSC on it. All the tunning first off was unchanged. About two months ago the car started to idle at 3000 rpms. It will stay there until warn. Afterwards it will bounce from 2,500 to 3,000 rpms?? I am lost on this one trying to see if anybody knows a cure. I was thinking the TPS sensor. I think i might chnage it out for shits and giggles.
Thanks
Anthony

Dude this is retarded of me but, i forgot where the two wires connector is to jump it with my fabed cable. On my old teg i had pulled it down from somewhere i don't remember ?? I thought it was like green. Its been a while since i owned a OBD1 car.

That was the first thing that came to mind was the IACV, or TPS. He (the owner) says the IAC is new ?

I'll pull the codes later as soon as i figure out where it is !!

there's 2 connectors that i've mixed up before, and it cause the car to run crappy and give CEL's. i believe it was tps and map, can't remember for sure, but check to make sure all sensors were hooked up properly. a lot of them have similar connectors and can be accidentally mixed up. hope this helps.
