ITR does pretty well performance wise, considering its a stock header. If you want ill trade you my DC sport 4-2-1 header

lol

ITR header does pretty damn good.

my boy has a stock b16 with full exhaust and a ITR header. put down close to 150ish to the wheels.

Not sure if its base or wheel hp but just wanted to give you an idea most headers make around the same numbers.

It's all in the collector.

Do NOT get a shitty DCsport header, unless it's given to you and it has the 2.5inch collector.

The 98+ tubular ITR header does make good power.

I made decent power with a stock R motor and a stock Si exhaust.

yeah so the answer is keep the stock R header, and get some custom 2 1/2 exhaust and a decent muffler, and call it a wrap.

if you decide to sell it, i will give you 24$ for it.
