Issue/Question
well i blew my HeadGasket
the other day.I have a 1989 crx Si D16A6 and i have a cheap ebay turbo setup..My question is does me having stock internals have something to do it and if so what should i be looking to invest into so the problem doesnt happen again.
Appreciate any positive feedback

There's a reason the head gasket blew. Did the car over heat or something? How many pounds is it on? How many miles are on the motor?
Too high of a compression ratio with a turbo causing too much cylinder pressure is the likely cause, coupled with an engine that I assume had a lot of miles on it.
you could run a thicker headgasket (to lower overall compression) and use head studs (for better sealing). The best thing to do would be have a motor built to handle your power goals and get some reliable components.
Depends on the tune also. You may have a condition where your tuning is too aggressive, what kind of A/F ratios and timing are you running? What kind of boost controller do you have, do you know if you were spiking? What do your plugs look like, are any of them overheated at all? Like fabrik8 and redhatch8u-up said you may want to invest in refreshing your motor and fuel system.
