if you really did break something thats not repairable... like a crack in the housing or something then just get a downpipe with a new plate and tube for a external wastegate and port the hell outta the hole from the turbine housing.

What do you need? The flapper? The actuator?

Cant you adjust the actuator to the desire boost?

if its not an adjustable actuator you can make it one by threading it ... or just hook it up and get a boost controller

lets see...people who don't know what they're taking about need to stop giving advice

Why don't you lookup what the actuator is set at first? I'm assuming this is off of the 84-89 body style 300zx? Just type it into google and spend 5 minutes, you may find out it's not very high to begin with. My guess would be 6-8 psi stock.

If you need an actuator at a lower pressure there's a few things you can do. You can look for something that uses the same actuator position and length that has a lower spring rate, or you can just order one with a long arm and make it fit your application when you get it. The only place I know of that sells the actuator itself is TRE (team rip engineering) it's a dsm place. Not saying other shops dont sell it, I just don't know which do.

Have you tried unscrewing the actuator arm from the actuator?

If you're handy, you can do what someone said and cut the actuator arm in half and then thread it. Kind of a hack job but it should work.

Ken most stock internal wastegate setups don't have an available spring adjustment.

Hooking a boost controller up will not fix it seeing as boost controllers cannot lower boost beyond the stock spring rate.

okay then
