im new to the tuner scene, got ?'s
1.) i currently have a '95 civic dx sedan (5-speed)... its a piece. it runs decent, no knocks, a slight tapping noise and it burns oil, should i just sell it?
2.) whats a good car to start with?
3.) i'm on an extremely limited budget, what are some cheap upgrades that'll boost my HP?

You might want to wait till you start modding cars.....
remember: If you have to ask how much it costs....you can't afford it.
