i say go back to basics like some one said do research do u know the meaning of torque.
torque and horsepower are just a answer to an equation
Torque (T with a squigly top) = F (force) * D (distance)
To find the torque of any automobile, especially an Indy car, is a daunting task. For this reason a dynamometer is used to find torque for automobiles. Dynamometers measure mechanical force. They consist of two freely rotating cylinders where the cars wheels are placed, sensors then measure the amount of torque exerted by an engine at any RPM (revolution per minute).
