I need some help from the honda heads =)

Think of it as a type r manifold. Those go for 150-250.

not very much material left between the idle ports on the throttle body side opening. hope that doesnt cause a gasket leaking issue.

looks like a port match job. if u wanna truly benefit from this manifold. you'd have to use the same gasket he/she used for your head and do alil porting. that way you'll have a smooth airflow from the intake manifold to the head.
