Ok, so what's the story here? Is this an engine swap, and is the wiring not complete? So is it one of the electrical connectors that plugs into the VTEC solenoid?

 

ok my hubby had a ls/vtec swap done but he just swapped his motor with his cousins motor which is a B16 everything is hooked up right but he needs the "clip" that holds the Vtec solenoid or some shit like that. thats all i know. i am just tryin to get this done for him b4 his bday which is monday . this "clip" is all we need

 

If there already was a functional LS/VTEC swap in the car, and everything worked, I don't know what would be missing unless there is something missing from that B16. The only difference between the two (assuming they are complete engines) is the knock sensor on the B16. Can you post a picture of where the part is missing? This is practically impossible without knowing the whole story.
