Default i need help on this one

ive got a 1994 gsr.....i got my full exaust on other day, and ever since then, at higher rpm, my car kinda hesitates......i started to rember that my o2 censor was stripped out, so i couldnt put it back on my cat......would me missin the o2 censor be reason for it hesitating??? thanks yall

It could be, the ecu is probably running on limp or safe mode and shooting lots a fuel to keep the mixture at a safe level so you're probably running too rich at the higher rpm.

Wiggles, Code 41 is 41 Primary oxygen sensor heater . Whoever did you exhaust damaged the O2 sensor , the Primary one

That would surprise me a lot if it fixed the problem, I suppose it could lead to limp mode operation. But ECUs ignore the 02 sensor at high load/throttle, or high RPM because the input from a narrowband (stock) 02 sensor is useless at that point. So it should not have an effect on air/fuel ratio.
