I just purchased a set of hx rims for my integra since the ones i have are all bent up and cracked. I didn't know at the time when I bought them that I might need to get some spacers or grind down the brake caliper bracket so the front wheels could clear the disc brakes. Need to know what method would work best for me. I heard spacers, washers or just grinding down the brake bracket would work, but i just want to know the best method possible. Thanks!

 

the best thing to do is get wheels that will fit. all are unsafe

 

True, but I have seen it done and they look pretty good on the dc2, espeically they are light weight. Just purchased them and had new tires put on, so really don't want to get rid of them. Any other ideas?

13s look like shit on a DC, i dont understand why people use them. sorry i wasnt any help but all that work just to fit 13s on isnt worth it.

They are 14's, not 13's. Not too small, but just trying to steer away from rotas like everyone else has and trying to be different.

 

Not too much help, but a lot of comments. Keep the help coming! Just purcheased a pair of spacers for the front, so I guess we will see how they work.

 

Small spacers will work just fine. You only need a few milimeters to clear everything.
