Default how much for a swap?

I have a crx and was woundering how much it would be to throw a b16 in there. Here are all the parts i have, I was hoping someone could tell me what else i need.

89 crx-d15 with dual pont fuel injection
B16 head and block
tranny
axels
exhaust
mounts

what else do i need?
What all shift linkage could i use and what ecu (dont know the code) and harness do i need?
do the spendals have to be changed?

Please help me out, I have no idea where to start or what im going to be paying to have it installed. Thanx in advance!

u have a cable b16 tranny?? u need to convert to mpfi and perferably obd1. you need an ecu. install it yourself if u plan on paying a shop have a couple grand in your pocket. good luck

wiring harness, obd0 to obd1 conversion harness, chipped p28 ecu or po6 or p72(anything with vtec for b series is good), convert to mpfi. i think u named everything else. try to make a friend with swap experience or like major said you will pay several thousand for the swap and labor to put it in

with the shift linkage, make sure you dont forget the linkage stabilizer bar as well....many people forget that part....

the spindles will have to be changed if its a HF.

im just guessing but maybe a vtec solenoid and everything to make it work. do you have mounts not sure if itll just bolt up. might be a good idea to get a cluster so you will know where your rpms are at, or just a digital tach. if your gonna do it think about EVERYTHING.

did u really just say a vtec solenoid? usually when u buy complete motors those are not accessories, they com with it lol. and what do rps have to do with a swap? hes trying to get the motor in his car, i dont think rpms will help him

you guys are great on the swap info but im no one has really given me an idea on what i should be charged on the actual swap and wiring. im slowly locating everything and i think im almost there, but i still need an idea on the install price so i dont get too screwed on the total. thanx!

more than 1,000$ no more than 3,000$. im just guessing never paid for one, like i said before do the swap yourself. then money you will save can go towards other stuff for your car/motor
