Worthless thread! Not enough information is being provided by the OP to provide an intelligent response...

a little more help. Search - sites> dsmtuners.com dsmtalk.com

running 6bolt 1gen, stock fp, 450cc and the 14b 13psi? i think some had the 13b? don't think it would be different but i think i've seen it running the same. 13psi. only from what i've read. no quite knowledge like highpsi (from what i hear "guru") so might give him more info for him to use.

Only if your tuning sucks. It's all about the tune, I'm running 18psi daily with no issues. But I'm also not on a base map or some fmu crap. A good tuner will tell you when you should stop.

You should be able to run 15psi as it sits now, but the question is have you had any tuning done to the car as of yet? If not you may want to wait and have some ignition tuning done first so that your engine doesn't go boom.

Hahaha...when you test this way it's better to use open headers so you can hear what your motor is doing, gives you a better feel for the car. And start with 87 octane to help break it in.
