just get a LS flywheel and clutch and get a transmission from a B18, B20, or if you want a short geared trans get one from B16

ehhh b20 tranny wont work, they were cable shifter like preludes, not the rod like civic/integras.

Since u have a 88 i would reccomend a cable LS tranny, unless u want shorter gearing you would want to get a japanese cable b16 tranny or try to locate a 92-93 GSR tranny. You can use a hydro tranny, but you will need the kit from a company like Hasport to make it work and so u will have a proper tranny mount.

Ok you will need to convert it to MPFI for a b-series swap, which isnt hard, try using www.honda-tech.com i know there are a few extensive writeups about how to do this and which parts you need and which donor cars to get them from. As for the mounts you will either need to get the japanese crx sir mount which used a b-series, or go ahead and snag some aftermarket mounts like Place Racing, Hasport, Innovative.

sadly, crx sir mounts won't work unless you cut and weld the mount support brackets. the mount points in the engine bays are different for cars that actually came with b-series engines. i think there are a few sets of aftermarket ef-b-series mounts floating around in the classifieds here.

i already have the motor and everything... so what else would i need to do the mpfi swap, cuz i have the intake manifold. Im not sure which ecu to get a P75 or
P74. I know that one of them is obd1 and the other is obd2. SO im not exactly sure what im doing at the moment and what parts to get. im sure that you have all figured out that im a noob to this.
