Default honda tranny problems?

in my crx it has a stage 1 clutch and drives real good for the first 15 mins of driving but after that my clutch likes to grind and has alittle trouble going in to gears. What can it be bad tranny, bad clutch, or low fluid. Please give me some opinions. It only grinds when it gets warmed up

Check the clutch fluid and tranny fluid, one of my old s13's used to do that after it would warm up.
