Default Honda - CEL Problems

Ight, let the problems begin...

I have a ODB2 Car and I have a 94 SIR2 B16A which should be ODB1. Now here is my problem, I have been trying to either get this check engine light to either RESET or FLASH the ECU code, and which both i have been unsuccesful. I would like to flash the code but i have tried EVERYWHERE with a paper clip and nothing. Any Suggestions?

This is my wiring setup (Pic)

Did you put the paper clip or wire prefered into the two wire plug to check the code.........looks like the green plug at the very top right hand of your pic, not entirely in the pic
