High idle.

High idle.
OK I have a b16a and my car idles at two grand. Checked everything and finally I squeezed the vacuum line to the block charcoal box on the block and it idles perfect. Took the line off and plugged it and started having blow by. Someone have a diagram of how to hook it up or what causes this

Something is most likely leaking if you have a high idle that goes away when you pinch it. It would stand to reason that something on that vacuum line is letting air bypass the throttle plate and you're blocking that bypass airflow by pinching the vacuum line.
