Default High 12s with NA GSR?

Ok guys i have a 93 civic hatch with a gsr swap in it.....it was fast as crap when i first got it but now im used to it...i was thinking turbo but this is my daily driver and i need reliability. So now im going all motor and making my hatch be as clean as possbile so that ill have the perfect all around car. So i think. So i was wondering if it was possible to put a fully built head on a stock gsr bottom end and hit hight 12 on street tires?? Also what kind of head should i use to do this and what kind of cams are good for stock bottom end??? Thanks a lot i cant wait till i can decide on something....

What is your idea of fully built first off? And I'm going to say no. mid 13's sure, but 12's is a stretch.

but not all of us can afford the kswap actullay hardly any of us can....if we could we would all have them im sure....fully built means full port and polish, 3 and 4 angle valve job, all aftermarket cams, valve train, cam gears and oversized throttle body with port match IM

You're probably going to need to build your bottom end too. Probably going to need to actually increase your compression and maybe even your displacement. You're going to spend quite a bit of money to try and go n/a, especially in a Honda.

If you keep your eyes out you can actually find a k series for a decent price, and if you can do the work yourself you will save a lot of money. You are going to spend a whole lot of money building a b-series all motor to run 12's.

its more then just a built head an some cams to make it in the 12's. Good luck with that.

I mean in this entire process also you can pretty much throw reliability out of the window.
