Question HID Flickering

Bought a new 8000k kit for my EM1 the other day, got everything installed super quick and easy and the passenger light flickers. I swapped the ballasts and bulbs from driver to passenger side and back the way I originally started with them. Only the passenger side flickers so I know it's not the bulb or the ballasts. Anyone have any ideas as of to why only one side does this? I have a relay wiring harness on its way but im not sure if thats the problem since its only doing it on one side. Any ideas anybody???????

I'd say you just have a bad one or a loose connection. Start taking a multimeter and working your way back until you see the voltage fluctuate.

Sometimes the headlight housing can have a vibration and make it seem to flicker?..

I thought loose connections too but everything has been gone over 3 times by myself and friends and everything is tight. The flickering happens when the car is sitting in the driveway running and when you drive it, also when I turn on the hi beams everything works fine, no flickering at all. Also as the passenger side is flickering the hi-beam indication on the cluster flashes with the headlight??? Got me puzzled to say teh least, keep the inputs coming please

how do you have them wired? sometimes you need to use a relay to power them directly from the car's battery

The relay is on its way now, just hope everything works out. I still cant figure out why its only one light that does it though, if it were both lights I would say the relay would definately fix it, guess I gotta wait and see
