hey im a newbie but i got a ? what all do u need to put a 95 gsr head on a 91 ls and what all do i need to do for that ls/vtec also what is the best heasd to use withe the 90-93 ls blocks???

This has been covered many times b/f but here it is again:



1.GSR head with all internals/externals (i.e. VTEC solonoid etc)
2.ECU (many options here) p28 re-chipped is my fav.
3.an oil supply kit


things id recomend:
1.ARP head studs
2.all new gaskets
3.head stripped and rebuilt (better safe than sorry)
4.Ricky aka MORE IMPATIENTor any other honda god to comment and make sure i didnt forget anything...lol (as you can see i drive a DSM..the other white meat)

 

I don't think a p28 will fit his setup. but could go for a pr3 b16a ecu or obd0 one late

 

UMMMM they have a harness that will take a obd1 to obd o, check out the hasport web page, so you can use a p28 on a 90-93 setup.....

 

what else can he use that is ODB 0? (im learning too)

 

I thought 91's were obd1???
my 92 gsr is an obd1??
am i mistaken???
