Default Help! Weird stuff in paint!

I just got this car painted around a week ago and I woke up this morning to find some wierd stuff on the back of my car. I washed it and some of it came out after hard scrubbing. I have no idea what to do.

Its not sticky
It looks like coke

Im clueless

Here are some pictures.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Craig.

Dont use a paint cleaner. The paint is only a week old. Thats too harsh. You dont want to use and type of cleaner or cutter. Meguiars #7 showroom glaze will take it out.

Well negative on the 3 Step.

I tried it and NOTHING.

I did it in a spot about the size of my pinky fingernail. I guess im stuck with these spots huh....

I have a warrenty on the paint though so who knows. To bad i cant take advantage of it untill i come back in christmas.
