Help with obd

Default Help with obd

i have a 92 civic hatch am amout to buy a b16a2 with no tranny or ecu ok can i do either of these and if so whick is the smartest to do he has a obd1 distributor he said hell trade for the obd2 he said i need that instead and the obd1 ecu ......i was thinking would it be smarter to do that or get him to send with the obd2 distributor and buy a obd2 ecu and get a obd1 to obd2 conversion harness? and how much do these harnesses run and if i do go with obd 1 is the distributor and ecu all i need to change?
