i need help bought a truck 88 toyota pick up 4x4 need to find out how the 4wd gear pattern [where 4wd high and low and 2wd drive is

the pattern is top left is 2wd. strait down is 4x4 high and low is down right and up. You should feel the difference in the gears and the way the truck drives! Some peoples kids.... :P
