i have a 97 hx but i put a b16a2 in it... i have no clue wut i want to do else performance wise .... i need a exhaust but i have no clue which 1 to get i want a street legal exhaust thats not too loud which is better tanabe or greddy sp2 or apexi world sport 2... i have no idea should i boost it or just put shit in the motor like cams money really isnt a option im juss lookin for advice o yea i got black hx's should i keep em or get others ??? help me please lol

Don't worry about a street legal exhaust. In VA, no aftermarket exhaust is legal unless it's a stock replacement.

Really the only limit to what you or should do is how much you're willing to spend and, to a lesser degree, whether or not you will be daily driving the car.

Give a ballpark figure on that and I'm sure we could be of more assistance.

but on a serious thought, get whatever suits you, and whats in your price range

 

boost it, run a thermal r&d exhaust, they are quiet but flow awesome and look similar to stock.

 

Get the apexi exhaust with 2 1/4 pipping for the converter. As far as boosting the b16...i dont know i would go to the motor with cams and pistons, but ur gonna need a turner

 

good idea spend 1500 on pistons and cam, make 180hp NA
