Default HELP! B-series alternator

I have an urgent question!

Does the OBD1 to OBD2 differences in a B18A and/or B18C Honda affect the alternator assembly.

Here's my situation.

I have a B18C GSR that needs a new alternator. I have an extra one from a
B18A LS in a different location and that's my dilemma, need info to make the trip after I get some help on here. I need to know if this one will work on the GSR.

And just incase, I also have a few D-series alternators as well (D16 non vtecs)...will these work any?

THANKS GUYS!

D-series alts will not bolt to b-series motors. B-series alts will bolt to any b-series motor. The problem is the wiring. OBD2 alts have a square plug were as the obd1 have a circle green plug. In my case I had obd2 wiring harness with square plug and I swapped a obd1 swap in my car. I cut off the square obd2 plug and rewired a green circle plug on my harness so I could use a obd1 alt that came with the swap.
