the engine you would need the flywheel, tranny.clutch, lines, the engines the same.....and all the clutch pedal assembly...the seat belt you prolly cant move...the body will have a spot for the clutch cable...its an awful lot of work unless you really love the car...

im going to go out on a limb and guess your referring to a 1993 240sx convertible, because the door panels suck, and the seat belt location is horrid. your best bet is http://forums.nicoclub.com/zeroforum?id=148 that forum right there, get on, shut up, and search, both door panels and seat belt relocation have been beaten to death, so you shouldnt have a problem finding a solution. auto/manual swap is pretty straight forward, its covered on nico as well.

i also recommend this http://www.google.com/products/catal...ult#ps-sellers

first off the 5 speed conversion is easy and worth doin since the verts are hard to find and none of them come manual. for the clutch peddel and mastercylinder the is a spot for a hole in the firewall, its marked it just needs cut out. i cant remember i think i uses a drill on mine. you do not need to remove the at pedel as you can just cut half of it off the make room for the clutch pedel. at least thats what i did. you do not need to change the ecu. i was told if u keep the automatic ecu then u will not have a speed limiter. the speedometer cable for the auto will plug rite into the manual trannyand the hole for the shifter is already in the floor. you will need the clutch pedel, a manual tranny (i have one for sale as a matter of fact), a flywheel and clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch line (i recomend a stainless steel line as they are easier to run, you can get a kit that comes with the slave cylynder, master cylinder and line off ebay) and you will need a manual driveshaft and the shift boot . i have done the swap by myself in 2 days and it was fairly easy and straight foward. as for the seatbelt thing, there isnt much you can do about that. ive seen people put non vert doors on to eliminate the seatbelt and the door panels are narrow. then they put a harness bar and 4 point harnesses in. that is the only way i can think off to deal with your seat belt problem.
