Exclamation HELP: 1992 Plymouth Laser motor?

I'm working on my friend's and the new oil filter tht she got is the wrong size. She said that she looked it up in "the book" and found the right numbers. Anybody know what kinda motor comes in it? I need to have the cr running tonight. PLEASE CALL MY CELL 757 753 4297.

Jake, take a quick run up to walmart and go to the parts section. Look up in the fram book your self and i believe its a 2.0 motor.

The base model Laser has a 1.8L while the Laser RS has the 2.0L

Mike, right on the money....What happened was...I was over pre-caustious(sp) Since the Fram Filter's dimensions were bigger, I didn't even want to put it up there, because it was MY name going on the work. Plus, I don't want it to end up being wrong and leave my Female, non-car-educated, friends stranded. So, we made a trip to walmart...took both filters, book was correct, and I even asked a guy there...I told him the story, he said go ahead and put it up there.

Long night is over...AND SO IS THIS THREAD
