6-7 PSI will not yield you 275 at the wheels. You're looking at more like 10+. As far as building it to handle it, with the right fuel and tuning it could be done wihtout touching the bottom end, but I'll let the Integra folks chime in now.

It can be done, but like merf said, it is all in the tuning. And if tuned right, you can safely run more that 6-7 psi

GSR's can handle more then 10psi just so you know, I'm running 12psi. You could find a used turbo kit, some kind of engine management, and get the car tuned for $2500. But you have to be lucky enough to find the parts at the right price.

what do you think 10 Psi on a stock gsr would run (with a good driver) on street tires in the quarter mile???

a gsr eg? Coupe? Hatch? What kind of car is the swap in? What size turbo? What kind of street tires? So many variables to consider...

Somewhere in the 12's most likely...
