Default headgasket help

i want to replace my headgasket on my turboed gsr, i dont kno if i should get a oem one or a thicker one or metal. what would be best for the car?

Inline Pro head gasket. They claim to hold 20psi on stock internals.

Um, He did say on his TURBO'D GS-R. Which is why I suggested a headgasket built for a turbo'd car.

ok....but you didnt mention the effects of it, like the compression drop and the need to run more boost to stay at the same power level that the car could have achieved with stock compression and less boost, and the fact that it will be like 8:2:1 compression, you ever been in a honda with that low compression, i have, and its dumpy as hell out of boost, so he needs to see all spectrums of the gasket so i put them out there.....and i never ran anything but a stock headgasket and was fine for 3 years....

I know you are much more knowledgeable in this area then most people, and I was not trying to sound like and ass, but when you simple stated unless the car was boosted, I assumed you though he was running all motor.
