Default H22 idle problem/misfire

My car is misfiring and also has a very low rpm when I am at a stop. Here are a few symptoms.

- idle drops to around 500 when I am stopped and turn the wheel
- idle is very rough
- abs light comes on when I put it in drive

Changed out distro, plugs and have cleaned my iacv.

Car is a 1997 Honda accord with a jdm h22 running a p13 chip.

In h22's you take out the rubber piece on the left side of headers and you point light in that hole and there will be 3 lines
Make sure you short out the ecu like he talks about
