I hear you can rev the short blocks higher, if you plan on staying all motor go with the short block H22, but if you wanna boost it eventually, go with the long block. Also, the long blocks are a little more expensive I think.

Alright dude,
shortblock = block assembly (EDIT: w/o head)
longblock = block/head assembly
It would be wise to get a longblock, especially if you asked the question
