H series into my 93 accord??? help!

i have a 93 accord wagon 5speed with a great running sohc F22 in it.im swapping in an 94 H23 5speed out of a 94 si prelude.i know the H22 is better but i got a deal on this swap,plus i have air ride on it.anyways i have done d and b series swaps a million times.i need to know what parts to use from which car and is it plug and play?which exh.manny?tranny?mounts?harness?ecu?axles?etc
any help would be great!thanks
