Neat...I might look into that for my fuel management...I like GReddy. Will this thing interface with the ProfecB spec2? There is a little remote connection in the back of the display module...hmmm..

Well not in the way you think it will. But maybe Greddy will design a interface module to allow the e-manage bull information from the control module later on. But as the for the remote connection on back of control module is for remote swithing unit.

I'm still seriously contemplating this even after my JWT ECU (Tuned for Z32 MAF and 50lb. injectors....) To help lean out the spots that JWT tends to richen up for saftey purposes.......I also like the rpm band adjustment on the E-manage vs the SAFC2 It seems to be a lot more accurate not to mention the signal will probably not be lost from the e-mange to the ECU as easy as it is from the SAFC2 to the ECU........

IMO this is the way to go if your not going to go stand alone, or you allready have a laptop that will support this with software....Otherwise if your buying the E0-1 and the entire system (blue box, injector, and ignition harness) your prolly wastin your money.....A decent stand alone can be had for about the same price........Emanage full system is about 1100$.......A decent standalone can be had for like 1400$

yeah i mean its a toss up. for the e-01 and e-man. you get a someone standalone price. BUT you don't have to do all the wiring and BS with a standalone. also you still get your basemaps to fall back on if anything goes wrong.

With the e-01 you can also connect all of greddy gauges and link the entire system. here is a "JDM" picture if admin doesn't mind

I do only when all the images are easily available on the company's website.

Most "cheap" ECUs or piggybacks don't offer the resolution that a "real" standalone would. Most stock ECUs are 16x16 (256 points), which is what the e-manage is. Standalones usually have 2-4X the load points as that.

Why does GReddy have to measure boost in percentage to WG spring?? It kills me when adjusting mine...why can't I just tell the damn thing to hold a steady 15 PSI instead of 80%!? [/rant]

because how does the boost controller know what your turbo's wastegate is set at? all wastegates are set at diffrent sringrates.

and true it doesn't offter as much tuning as a standalone. but in terms of piggy backs this is the best. no other piggyback offters 16x16 tunning, timing and v-tec (if you need it) controlling. plus you get all the data logging. multiple maps and what not.

But why not just use the solenoid to divert more boost to the correct side of the WG no matter what the spring is set at (at a set boost)? I must be missing something in the principle of the thing...I dunno.
