Default Getting new tires suggestions needed

I'm getting new tires this week and need suggestions on what to get. I'm pretty set on Yokohama Prada Spec 2's. My car is a daily so no azenis or drag radials. Just looking for a nice sports tire with a comfortable ride good wet/dry traction for year round use.

stick with the falcon family, you wont be disappointed.. dont have to necessarily get azenis pure sports.

I'm not a fan of the Prada's unless you are on a budget, I'd rather stick with BFG's or Pirelli's IMO

What didn't you like about the prada's? I'm trying to stay in the $350-$400 range.

Anyone have experience with Toyo Proxies?

I can't believe that I'm going to agree with you, but I am. I've got a set on my car and they're probably the best budget tire I've ever ridden on. I think I got my set of 205/40/17 shipped for $240. I can't complain at all.

I got a set when they had just came out, and I can say I'll be buying another set when I need to.

They wear very well, and are sticky as fuck for a street tire.

I love my Kumho MXs, they're not a year round tire by any stretch though. I'm not a big Parada Spec2 fan, they weren't that great IMO. I had those on one of my previous cars a few years ago. Those are definitely not a year round tire either, they're not even that great in the rain. Decent tire, but there are better for the same money.

I had Proxes on my WRX for a while, I got them with my wheels, they were pretty good in anything but snow. I got a good 2 years out of them before a freak snowstorm make me kiss a curb and break a wheel, they were a little low tread depth.. Pretty good for an all season, that's for sure. I haven't tried the Falkens..
