fuel injectors High or Low impedance?

is it better to use the High impedance or low impedance injectors with a B16?

or does it not make any difference at all?

what year car is the b16 in?

The ecu its using is ODB0.

Also, it looks like Saturated refers to high impedance and Peak and hold refers to the Low impedance. anyone explain this to me?
