Default exhaust help

would a high flow catalytic converter and high flow muffler get me anywhere close to what a catback can do ?

No it wouldn't because you will still have the same back pressure around the manifold. The purpose of a catback (bigger exhaust pipes) is to allow the exhaust gases to flow more freally from the manifold, so u may see a little top end diff. but thats about it.

so if i got the catback would my stock catalytic converter slow my exhaust flow dramtically or it doesnt matter?

Well a stock cat. would act as a restriction, but you would still feel a good difference in it. If you have the money buy a high flow cat. aswell.

Yes, it will help.
No, not as much as increasing the pipe diameter all the way back.
FYI, removing a functioning catalytic converter is illegal, and most shops won't do it.
