I don't know what is specific to honda motors but if you wanna do it right at least change the rods and pistons for a lower compression (and strength), larger injectors, fuel pump and delivery, and run moderate boost. But most importantly, get it tuned. That can be said about any car but it is especially important when you're boosting a non-turbo motor that was never intended to see pressure like that.
The difference between doing that and not is the difference between a car that runs like crap on 7 psi that eventually breaks something (which you see a lot of because it's far cheaper) and an ass raping honda.

get it dyno tuned by a professional and get bigger fuel pump walbro 255, bigger injectors rc 550, and yes test the compression before boosting to make sure shes healthy enough for boost.
