Default Engine Weight

How much does a DOHC ZC weigh. I just purchased a engine and have to go pick it up. The guy that removed the engine rented an engine hoist and has returned it so I will have to get the engine up into a pickup by myself. Any ideas on how to do this would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

full swap or just a long block? i'm really scrawny and i can carry a d-series by myself, so you should be ok as long as the tranny isn't attached.

Thanks for responding. That gives me an idea of how many people I need to help me. My son and I should be able to do it.
