em1 loud humming
2000 civic si
mostly stock,
83k on car
issue: loud humming
the car started around three weeks ago to start humming very loud. it sounds as if the sound is coming from the rear, so im wondering if it could be a fuel pump. the car did have a bolt missing on exhaust causing an exhaust leak, but that has been fixed for about a couple months now. could this humming be another leak somewhere or fuel pump? any help is great thanks!

Have you recently added any parts? I hear some humming from under the hood, almost sounds like it's coming from the intake. I've noticed that after adding a huge intake like that could attribute to the under hood noise. It's also hard to tell from the video, would be easier in person. The sound from the rear almost sounds like a walbro pump, but like I said it's hard to tell in a video.

ya its a walbro 255lph. previous owner put it in. the password intake does hum, but their to different noises. i know what your saying, the video makes it hard to hear. in person it sounds alot louder in the rear then on video. should a walbro do that normally?
