Is it only when releasing the clutch or is it also when the clutch is completely released and driving while in gear?

I know, Mine did it also, Try feathering the clutch a little more to see if that helps you.

This is a good thought. I've seen motor mounts cause a vibration in the pedal itself. Sounds to me like you got "clutch chatter". Was the flywheel machined or replaced when the clutch was replaced?

Just try to figure out how to drive the clutch to where it's not so harsh. Over time the chatter will lessen but will prob. never go away totally. It should be fine, but just realise where the stresses are being transfered. clutch disk, pressure plate, flywheel and even engine, trans. and even dash... haha like street driving a stage 3 clutch with solid motor mounts. Chatter and vibrations happen...
