ok so i talked to the owner. the car is throwing a Speed Sensor code, the reason its doing this is because the entire cluster has beed swapped for autometer gauges. thats what the owner was talking about needing to be chipped and tuned. oh and as far as the motor its a b18c bottom with a b16a2 head. the Ecu is a p72...the car has been converted to obd1

The IAB (secondary butterfly) control needs to be disabled when it gets chipped also because you aren't using the GSR manifold.
